Acceptable Use Policy
Effective: [EFFECTIVE_DATE] · Last updated: [LAST_UPDATED_DATE]
This legal document is provided in English. The English version controls.
This policy applies to actions you take directly and actions an automated or agentic feature executes at your direction. You are responsible for choosing lawful targets, supervising agents, and validating output.
No unauthorized access or security abuse
- Do not bypass authentication, paywalls, CAPTCHAs, robots exclusions, rate limits, or other security or access controls without authorization.
- Do not use stolen or shared credentials, evade bans, impose excessive load, cause denial of service, exploit vulnerabilities, deploy malware, harvest credentials, phish, intrude, or probe systems without authorization.
- Do not induce an agent to defeat these controls or conceal prohibited activity.
No unlawful or harmful data practices
- Do not unlawfully collect, infer, disclose, sell, or misuse personal, sensitive, health, biometric, financial, precise-location, or children's data.
- Do not facilitate doxxing, stalking, surveillance, spam, harassment, discrimination, fraud, impersonation, or unlawful high-impact decisions.
- Do not infringe copyright, database rights, privacy, contracts, trade secrets, or other rights.
No illegal or dangerous activity
- Do not use the service for exploitation, severe illegal or violent content, sexual exploitation, sanctions evasion, controlled-goods trafficking, or activity that creates a serious risk of harm.
- Do not generate, distribute, or operationalize malicious code or instructions intended to compromise systems or people.
Supervise agents and validate output
Automated actions can be wrong or produce unexpected load. Set appropriate scope and limits, monitor execution, stop unsafe tasks, and independently verify generated scrapers, reports, and datasets before use.
Enforcement
We may investigate, rate-limit, stop tasks, preserve evidence, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and report apparently unlawful activity where appropriate. These policy restrictions do not mean every prohibited action is technically prevented.
We consider context, intent, severity, history, and remediation. Enforcement measures are proportionate and range from rate-limiting a task, to stopping a run, to suspending or terminating an account. We tell you what happened and why, before acting or promptly afterwards, except where notice would risk harm or breach a legal duty. You may appeal within 30 days, and we aim to respond within 15 business days.
Report abuse or appeal
Report suspected abuse to abuse@zillusion.app. Submit an enforcement appeal to abuse@zillusion.app, or to legal@zillusion.app if it concerns suspension or termination of an account. For urgent threats, contact appropriate emergency or law-enforcement services first.
